Industrial school appointment for William Barclay


Thursday, February 7 – 1878
Mr. W.E. Barclay, head schoolmaster of the Bolton Industrial School, and son of Mr. David Barclay, governor of the Malone Reformatory, Belfast, has been appointed to the governorship of the Aberdeen Industrial School, at a salary of £250 per annum.
