Liverpool indignant


February 11, 1892
On the Liverpool Exchange flags to-day great indignation was expressed on account of a paragraph in a London morning paper anticipating failures of Liverpool merchants consequent on the relapse in cotton. On trustworthy authority it is declared that there are no grounds for the statement.
