Mr. J.A. Willox, Conservative, has been nominated as a candidate for the Parliamentary representation of the Everton Division of Liverpool, to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Mr. Whitley. No other candidate being nominated, Mr. Willox was declared duly elected.
