A meeting of the shareholders of the Sunderland Albion Football Club was held last night, when the President said that, unless a guarantee fund of £500 was promised at the meeting, the club could not be carried on. This was not forthcoming, and the club will therefore be wound up, the outstanding 10s per share being called up to pay the liabilities.
