At the annual meeting of this Association, held at the Derby Hotel, Bury, Mr. W. Forrest in the chair, the balance-sheet and report were adopted.
There was a balance in hand of £917 10s. 6d. prior to the division amongst the finalists and semi-finalists.
Mr. Forrest was again elected president.
Bury received £160 of the balance, Blackburn £183, Darwen £87 and Everton £63.
The application of the Lancashire League clubs to take part in the competition for the Lancashire Senior Cup was considered. After discussion, it was decided to admit the League clubs individually, but not as a body.
The clubs interested are Liverpool, West Manchester, Caledonians, Fairfield, Blackpool, Bury, Fleetwood Rangers, Heywood Central, Higher Walton, Nelson, Rossendale, Southport Central, and South Shore.
