Liverpool Caledonian Club. – An adjourned meeting of the shareholders of this club was held at the offices of the club, Eldon-chambers, South John-street, yesterday afternoon: Dr. Smart in the chair. It was announced that the Football Committee were negotiating with a gentleman, whose name did not transpire with a view to bringing considerable amount of capital into the company. The meeting was therefore adjourned for a week.
