A meeting of the Executive of the Lancashire Association was held at the Neptune Hotel, Liverpool, last night, Mr. W. Forrest in the chair.
The junior final between Kearnsley and Clitheroe was ordered to be played on April 15, at Accrington, Mr. John Lewis referee, and Messrs. Ormerod and T. Midgeley, linesmen.
The clubs in the semi-final for the Senior Cup were given the liberty of tossing; if not, the Bolton Wanderers v Ardwick will be played at Blackburn, the officials being – Referee, Mr. S. Ormerod; linesmen, Messrs. Robert Lythgoe and T. Midgeley.
A sub-committee was appointed to consider the venue for the match between Preston North End or Everton v. Bootle, the officials being: – Referee: Mr. John Lewis; linesmen, Messrs: Cooper and Watson.
North Meols were suspended for a month for non-payment of account ordered by the association.
