The Anfield Road crew has been strengthened since their inclusion in the Second Division of the League, and now their sole aim is to gain admission in the first rank. They have been offered inducement to accomplish this.
The team got together is a good one, the names of the men being as follow:
Alex Rennie (of Everton) or William McOwen, goal; Andrew Hannah and Duncan McLean, backs; John McCartney, Joe McQue, and James McBride, half-backs; Patrick Gordon, Malcolm McVean, James Henderson, James Stott, and Hugh McQueen, forwards.
Matt McQueen will again be the general knock-about.
