Joe Powell to captain Woolwich Arsenal

Joe Powell, the ex-soldier, who was bought out of the army by the Woolwich Arsenal Committee last year, after playing well in the Army v Corinthians match, is to captain the Woolwich professional team this season, vice Charles Booth, who filled the post last year.
