At the annual meeting of the Blackpool Football Club last night, it was shown that the game was in a perilous state at the seaside resort. The loss on last season’s working was £39, which, with a deficiency on the previous season of £252, now makes the amount owing £291; and disappointment was expressed that the club had not been able to obtain admission to the Second Division of the League. An effort is to be made to again win the Lancashire League Cup.
