At the next meeting of the executive of the Scottish Football Association we hear the will be an important discussion as to whether Scotch professionals playing with English clubs shall be selected to take part in the international matches.
Hitherto this organisation has refused to avail itself of the help of men who have come South of the Border, but circumstances alter cases. Scotland has not won one of the famous encounters with England since April, 1889.
