A meeting of the Football League was held in London yesterday. Rotherham Town were asked for an explanation why they only played ten men against Burton Wanderers last Saturday.
It was stated that the disputed date between Derby County and Everton had been amicably arranged for Easter Tuesday, and this was confirmed.
Notts County complained of the League having fixed the match between Wolverhampton Wanderers and Notts Forest to take place on the date they had a League match with Crewe, which would entail a serious loss upon them. It was decided that the Forest match should commence at 2.30, and Notts v Crewe at 3.45.
J. Clark was transferred from Blackburn Rovers to Liverpool, and A.E. Harrison from Notts to Small Heath.
Woolwich Arsenal and Darwen announced that they had arranged to play their postponed match at Woolwich on April 12th. Mr. Molyneux and the secretary were appointed to attend the conference of secretaries at Glasgow on April 4th.
