Fred Geary, the old English international, now playing for Liverpool, seems to have got a new lease of life. His form in the last few matches has been almost equal to his palmist days when he was with Everton.
The Liverpool team has shaped splendidly in away matches, and surprise has been expressed at their partial failure at home with clubs they have beaten away. A few of the players complain of the state of the ground at Anfield.
However, Liverpool have five League matches at home and two away, so that they should occupy a good position at the finish.
