The signing-on season is in progress, and already several important changes in the personnel of the more prominent Scottish clubs are promised for next season. Willie Michael, who played for the Liverpool in the match with Victoria United last week, has been secured by the Heart of Midlothian, George Allan, of Liverpool, has gone to Celtic, and the Rangers will have the service of Robert Neill, ex-Liverpool.
