Billy Bassett, the dashing International forward of West Bromwich Albion, has just returned from Manchester, where he was under special treatment at Whitehead’s Hydropathic for his recent injury. He is now fit and well again, and will doubtless do duty for the Albion on Saturday. His club-mate, Tom Higgins, has been compelled to go to the Manchester specialist to have his knee seen to. It will be remembered that the Albion centre was injured in the contest against Everton on Saturday last. He can ill be spared by his club, and it is to be hoped a speedy recovery will be effected.
