The Royal Arsenal officials have been busy in the Midlands of late and have signed up Paddy Logan and Richard Hannigan, of Notts County; Andy McCowie, of Liverpool; Jimmy Jackson, of Newcastle United; and Charles Dunsbee, of Kidderminster.
They may secure the transfer of Abe Jones and Billy Richards, of West Bromwich Albion, and Robert Marshall, the Liverpool reserve forward. Several first-class men are now treating with the club, and the Arsenal will be strong next year.
