John T. Hunter’s transfer confirmed

Tuesday, October 10 – 1899
A meeting of the committee of the Scottish Football Association was held on Tuesday night in the Association Rooms, Carlton Place, Glasgow. Mr. J.H. McLaughlin (Celtic), president, occupied the chair, and there was a large attendance.

Rae, Douglas Wanderers to Newcastle United;
John T. Hunter, Beith, to Liverpool;
McElbeney, East Stirlingshire to Dunipace;
McInnes, St. Mirren to Beith;
Phillips, St. Bernards to Lochgelly United;
Thomson, Victoria United to Bristol City;
Stevenson, Dumbarton to Preston North End;
Luke Raisbeck, Third Lanark to Middlesbrough.
