With the permission of the Football Association and the kind assistance of the Committees of the Liverpool and Everton Football clubs, the ladies associated with the Hospital Saturday Committee were enabled to make collections at the recent practice matches. These realised the sum of £58 19s. 9d. The committee of the Hospital Saturday Fund desired to tender its sincere thanks to the Lord Mayor, the Football Association, the committees of the two clubs, and the public generally for their kind assistance in this matter.
