As the outcome of an incident in connection with the Manchester City v. Liverpool game on Saturday, the referee Mr. F. Kirkham, of Preston, has reported to the Football Association that abusive and insulting language was used towards him in his dressing room after the match by Mr. Richmond, a Director of the City Club in regards to the winning goal scored by Liverpool. The matter has also been reported to the League.
