Maurice Parry selected for Wales against Ireland

At Wrexham, last night the following team was chosen to represent Wales in the match v. Ireland at Cardiff, on February 22, viz.: – Leigh Roose (Stoke), goal; Sam Meredith (Stoke) and Horace Blew (Wrexham), backs; Maurice Parry (Liverpool), Ted Hughes (Tottenham Hotspurs), and Jack Jones (Tottenham Hotspurs), half backs; Billy Meredith (Manchester City) and Thomas Jenkins (Rhyl), right wing; M. Watkins (Stoke), centre; Ephraim Williams (Druids) and Richard Morris (Newtown), left wing, forwards.
