Arrangements have been made for the transfer of Arthur Capes from Nottingham Forest to Stoke, the ex-Burton man, after playing after playing for Forest at Plymouth to-day, will sign the necessary forms transferring his services to the “Potters.”
The sum to be paid the Forest club is a handsome one, and in consideration of the fact that Capes has been such an excellent servant, and that he has had no breach the Forest committee have decided to make him present of the amount.
