For the past three seasons the chief weakness of Lincoln City has been at centre-forward and to try and strengthen this line, the directors have signed Thomas Higgins, of Darlington St. Augustine’s. Higgins is highly recommended by the old International, Davie Hannah, as being tricky, a good feeder of the wings, speedy, and a deadly shot at goal.
