The Sunderland club have signed on Don McCallum, the Greenock Morton back. McCallum is 23 years of age, 5ft. 9in. in height, and weights over 12st. He can play either right or left back. He took part in the last Anglo-Scots match, and only lost his international cap by one vote. McCallum has played for Queens Park, and was a season with the Liverpool club.
