Richard Morris transferred to Leeds City

May 9, 1905
Richard Morris, who for three years played for Liverpool, has attached his name to a form to play for Leeds City F.C.

Morris was, a year or two ago, one of the best forwards at inside left at the command of the Welsh Association, and he played in three international contests for his country. He is on the small side, but what he lacks in weight he amply makes up in trickiness. He will undoubtedly be an acquisition to the Leeds organisation, which should suit him. He seemed at sea recently when with the Anfield seniors.
