At a meeting of the Lancashire Combination at Preston, last night, under the presidency of Mr. John McKenna (Liverpool), the transfers of John McBride (Liverpool to Southport Central), Yates (Blackburn Rovers to Nelson) and Ashworth (Newton-le-Willows to Padiham) were confirmed.
