Albert “Kelly” Houlker to Blackburn Rovers

 May 18, 1906
The signing of Albert “Kelly” Houlker, the Southampton international half-back, by Blackburn Rovers, notwithstanding the offer of the maximum wage by the Southampton club, has led to inquiry by the Football Association under the new rule.
