Burgh Licensing Court

The Burgh Licensing Court was held in the Town Council Chambers on Tuesday, the Court being composed of Provost Keith, and Bailies Lamb, Ferguson, and McLellan. There was a large attendance of parties interested in the proceedings.
Thomas Cleghorn, athletic trainer, Leith, applied for a certficate for the premises at 70 High Street, presently occupied by Mrs. Watson.
