Robert Blanthorne, Grimsby Town’s brilliant centre-forward, whose transfer was secured from Liverpool last December, has declined to re-sign for the Mariners, though offered the maximum wage. The player left Grimsby yesterday, and the Grimsby directorate have reported the matter to the Football Association.
