Liverpool are due to visit Sheffield Wednesday, and it is to be hoped that the side will improve on last week’s display. Their last visit to Sheffield resulted in a very poor exposition of the code.
Correspondents suggests changes of all sorts, but I think the directors are quite alive to the situation. One of my correspondents suggests that the following forward line should be tried: Goddard, Stewart, Parkinson, Bowyer, and Uren.
