Jack Tosswill transferred to Southend United

Friday, August 8 – 1913
Tosswill, of Liverpool, and Alex Steel, from Kilmarnock, have signed on for Southend United. The former is an inside left, and Steel is the brother of the famous Dan and Robert Steel, and is a half back of merit.
