The return of the championship side to Goodison Park, the inclusion of Elisha Scott in the Liverpool side, and the trial of Winn, of Ormskirk, makes the news of the morning unusually attractive.
Liverpool (at Bury, kick off, 3 o’clock). – Elisha Scott, Ephraim Longworth, James Middlehurst, Ted Winn, William Molyneux, Walter Wadsworth, Ernest Pinkney, William Banks, Fred Pagnam, James Henderson, Donal Mackinlay.
Liverpool bring back Longworth, who was absent through injury last week; Pinkney, and Elisha Scott, the goalkeeper who crowded out so good man as Kenneth Campbell. In addition, they introduce to our notice Winn, an Ormskirk half back who has a good reputation and a robust style.
