Practice match at Rochdale


August 26, 1916
Two strong sides will take part in the practice game arranged by he Rochdale Association Club. The “gate” money will be given to charities.

Among those who are expected to appear are the following:
Briddon (Hurst), Lee (Hyde), Sam Kirkman (Sheffield Wednesday), Frank Curtis (Wolverhampton Wanderers), John Cuffe (Glossop), Arthur Causer (Glossop), Tom Page (St. Mirren), Weymuss (Glossop), Herbert Tierney (Goole), W. Kehoe (Accrington Stanley), Cameron (Montreal, Canada), James Henderson (South Liverpool), Reynolds, Billy Halligan (Hull City), Cross, Archie Rawlings, Smith, J. Barton, A. Caldwell, Jack Yarwood, Jim Tully, A. Walker, F. Heap.

I believe Tom Page should be Jack Page.
