Liverpool are “out for blood”

Liverpool will be “out for blood” to-morrow. There is no doubt that they are yearning for another view of Rochdale, who late on in the game at Spotland got up on the post and won. Liverpool’s first defeat being hailed with tremendous enthusiasm.

That was the match wherein two of the home players got to loggerheads when Liverpool opened the score. Well, to-morrow Liverpool will command another huge attendance, as they will claim a following through Saturday’s draw (against odds) at Everton, and will draw folk to see O’Connell’s merry men in the Revenge Stakes. Liverpool, bothered about a goalkeeper, will undoubtedly come up smiling when the rugged opposition is face.
