The balance-sheet of the champions, Liverpool F.C., was issued to-day, and shows the wonderfully good profit on the season of £1,600. The annual general meeting will be held at the Law Association Rooms, on the 13th inst.
The directors do not on this occasion recommend the payment of a dividend.
The retiring directors are Messrs. John Asbury, John McKenna, and Richard Lawson Martindale Snr, who, being eligible, offer themselves for re-election.
The auditors, Messrs. Simon Jude and West also retire, and are eligible for re-election.
