For the International match against England at Belfast on 26th October the Irish team was selected last night as follows: –
William O’Hagan (St. Mirren); Billy McCracken (Newcastle United) and William McCandless (Linfield); William Lacey (Liverpool), Mickey Hamill (Belfast Celtic), and Billy Emerson (Glentoran); David Lyner (Glentoran), Patrick “Patsy” Gallacher (Celtic), Joe Gowdy (Glentoran), James Ferris (Belfast Celtic), and Jack McCandless (Bradford).
