Robert Manderson, the Rangers’ back, and Patrick “Patsy” Gallacher, of Celtic fame have been chosen by the Irish Selection Committee to play against Scotland at Glasgow on March 13.
William O’Hagan, the St. Mirren goalkeeper, has been displaced by Kenneth Campbell’s understudy, Elisha Scott, of Liverpool.
The Irish team reads: – Elisha Scott (Liverpool); Robert Manderson (Glasgow Rangers) and David Rollo (Blackburn Rovers); Mickey Hamill (Belfast Celtic), William Lacey (Liverpool), and William Emerson (Glentoran); Patrick Robinson (Distillery), Patrick “Patsy” Gallacher (Glasgow Celtic), Billy Halligan (Oldham), William Gillespie (Sheffield United), and James McCandless (Bradford).
