Good news for Jack Sheldon

At the annual meeting of the Liverpool Football Club, it was stated that the injury to Jack Sheldon, whose leg was broken in a match with Derby, was much worse than first thought. Though it had been considered he would never play football again, the welcome news had been received that he hoped to go into training again next season. Liverpool have a balance in hand of £16,500.
