Liverpool F.C.’s Tom Bromilow – a home grown talent

February 4, 1922
Tom Bromilow, who will play at left half with the North on Monday, is a native of Liverpool, and his only League love has been the Anfield club, which he joined after the war, and he did not cost the club a penny. His junior days were spent with Union Presbyterian and West Dingle, but he came to the front in Army football. He is to-day a better player than Arthur Grimsdell, who has been selected to play at left half in the English side.
