Dave Macdonald transferred to East Fife

September 29, 1922
David Macdonald, the ex-Dundee forward, has been signed by East Fife, and will be included in the team against Johnstone tomorrow.

Macdonald started his football career as a junior with Vale of Wemyss, and his first senior club was East Fife. After the war he went to Liverpool and joined his brother John, and later he migrated to Dundee.

Macdonald can play in any position except centre forward, and he will likely take the outside right position at Johnstone.
