On Saturday evening Mr. Matt McQueen, the manager of Liverpool F.C. was in Belfast, and completed the transfer of Billy McDevitt, the Swansea Town and Belfast United inside right. McDevitt is now a Liverpool player. He should do well with the Mersey side, as it was generally admitted that he was playing out of his class in Irish Intermediate football.
