Starting a match at seven o’clock at night is most uncommon, but in these torrid days it is as well that trial games should be delayed. Liverpool F.C. start to-night at seven with Jack Cahill officiating. The teams are as follow:
Reds: Elisha Scott, Ephraim Longworth, Donald Mackinlay, John McNab, Walter Wadsworth, Tom Bromilow, William Lacey, Dick Forshaw, Dick Johnson, Harry Chambers, Fred Hopkin.
Whites: Algy Wilkinson, Ted Parry, John Lillie, John Bamber, Bill Rogers, David Pratt, Thomas Malone, Billy McDevitt, Griff Owen, Harry Lewis, Willie Chalmers.
