Rev. James Pyper, Presbyterian minister of Duncairn Church, Belfast, died this forenoon at his residence from a stroke following abnormal blood pressure. Jim Pyper, as he was known in his student days, a quarter of a century ago, was one of the finest Association international centre forwards, competing repeatedly, with his brother Jack, against Scotland, England and Wales.
