* Liverpool’s point came after fifteen minutes of the second half, and there was an element of luck about it. Baron put the ball to Chambers, who sent in a terrific drive that ratted the crossbar and came into play. BARON had left nothing to chance and, rushing forward at the moment he dispatched the ball, headed into the net ere Johnson could reach it.
