It was announced in Leicester last evening that Leicester City have signed on Kenneth Campbell, the famous Scottish international goalkeeper, lately of the Stoke City team.
Campbell first got his cap against England in 1920, being at that time goalkeeper for Liverpool. Later he played for Partick Thistle, and last season he went to Stoke.
In the three seasons since 1920 he has represented Scotland as goalkeeper in many international matches. He stands 5ft. 10in., and weighs 11st. It is stated that the transfer fee runs well into four figures.
