Aberdeen have not made many changes and they have one of the longest playing lists in the League. Every position is duplicated.

The only prominent player not re-signed is Bert McLachlan, the old left half, and there are five newcomers – W. Cooper, right back from Mugiemoss; J. Black, the former Cowdenbeath half back who has been in the United States; Ben Yorston, centre forward from Montrose; E. Falloon, inside right, from Belfast Crusaders; and J. Wilson, right winger, from Cambuslang Rangers.
