A further addition has been made to Hull City’s attacking resources for next season. The third player to be signed this week was Jimmy Walsh, an inside forward who has played First Division football for Liverpool for a number of years. He was a member of the team that toured Australia and Canada two years ago, and was presented with a silver cup by the authorities for being the most consistent player on the tour. He played in 16 matches, all of which were won.
Walsh, who was a junior player with Stockport County before joining Liverpool, stands 5ft. 9½in. and weighs between 11½ and 12st.
