Albert Whitehurst nets seven against Tranmere

Albert Whitehurst, a centre forward transferred from Liverpool to Bradford City a few days ago, scored a personal triumph in his side’s game with Tranmere Rovers yesterday. Whitehurst claimed seven of the eight goals the City put past the Tranmere goalkeeper – and Tranmere, who failed to net, missed a penalty.
