Football officials at Fenton man’s wedding

Prominent members of the football world were present at the wedding, which took place at All Hallows Church, Allerton, yesterday, of Mrs. Dorothy Moulton, of Caithness, Menlove Avenue, Mossley Hill, daughter of the late Mr. William Robert Williams, formerly chairman of the Liverpool Football Club, and Mr. George Allcock, Woolton Road, Liverpool.

The bridgegroom, who is a son of the late Mr. John Allcock, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, is an official of the Royal Friendly Society. He is also a Fellow of the Faculty of Insurance, and a prominent member of he Liverpool Personal Service Society.

After the ceremony, there was a reception in the Wavertree Church Institute, which was attended by, among others, Mr. Thomas Crompton (Chairman of the Liverpool Football Club), and Mrs. Crompton, Mr. James Hubert Troop, Mr. W. Berry and Mr. Fitzpatrick (Directors of the Football Club) and Mr. John McKenna.
