James Jackson, Liverpool Football Club’s captain and full back, and Archie Jackson, the Australian cricketer, who are cousins, have just met for the first time. The cricketer, who was born in Scotland, was taken to Australia when only eighteen months old. He is now 20.
The footballer was born in Newcastle when his father played for Newcastle United. Archie is staying with James in Liverpool and will play for the Australians against Lancashire at Aigburth this week.
