Lincoln City, yesterday, transferred Ted Savage, their right half back to Liverpool, at what is stated to be a record fee for the club.
Savage who played in all 42 Northern Section matches during the season, came straight from school at Louth, and is now only 19 years of age. He is fast, a clever dribbler, and a player of high promise. He stands 5ft. 10in. in height, and weighs 10st. 9lb.
